Customer Success Manager
We are in the search of a Customer Success Manager to join our team to help us build the future of retail through our web distributed real-time infrastructure.
You’ll be empowering our Partnerships team building a powerful and reliable commercial platform, managing the key accounts of the company. Among its main obligations it will be responsible for maintaining the portfolio of main clients and optimizing costs reporting to our Partnerships Head.
What will be your challenges:
Lead the commercial and project management team
Conduct initial implementation of our product to each new client.
Become our clients´ main contact person and trusted advisor on commercial matters
Make a strategic analysis of the needs and of the growth opportunities in the commercial relationship with clients.
Carry out negotiations and prospections
Be updated in terms of capacity building and knowledge management of our product
Requirements:
+2 years of experience in similar positions
Experience in customer management and project planning
Understand Retail Market dynamics
Projects follow-up tools
MS Office intermediate level: Excel and PowerPoint.
Effective communication skills and impactful/powerful presentations
Languages: English (desired skill)
