Customer Success Analyst
We are in the search of a Customer Success Analyst to join our Buenos Aires team to help us build the future of retail through our web distributed real-time infrastructure.
You’ll be in charge of empowering our Partnerships team by building a strong and reliable commercial platform and of managing the key accounts of the company. You will also be responsible for applying analytics to track, evaluate and optimize clients' performance
What will be your challenges:
Analyze and develop squad metrics. Report diagnoses.
Create reports and powerful/impactful presentations
Upload documents and information
Improve account performance. Proactive attitude to reach the objectives of each commercial deal
Mejora continua de procesos y propuestas
Enhance processes and proposals continuously
Assist Customer Success Manager
Requirements:
Experience in similar positions
Experience in CRM and Projects follow-up tools
MS Office intermediate level: Excel and PowerPoint.
Effective communication skills and impactful/powerful presentations
Languages: English (desired skill)
